maybe non-premium members could be entitled to play 5 or 6 games simultaneously in any month they vote.
that way if they want to play 1 or 2 more games per month they simply vote and get rewarded
that would help the stats i'm sure!
not sure how to 'incentivize' premium members to vote though

All the games are offering some kind of reward for voting. Maybe we should too.
