bracket is updated and the second set of first-round maps are being sent tonight. We do have one tiebreaker game going to decide the last spot into the bracket...a tie between arno30 and traffic133 for the last spot out of the Appalachian Region.

bracket is updated...congrats to #4 freyme (an 8-2 winner) and #26 gilligan (a 7-3) winner for being the first to close out their best-of-13 opening-round series.

Hi all...many of you may have already seen this, but my college basketball tourney is taking sign-ups for one more week. This is my favorite tournament that I run during the year. Check it out and jump in if you're ready for some March Madness!!!

My regrets to all involved in this CC event, but I must absolve myself from this website. My marriage has collapsed and my addiction to sites such as this one has played a sizable factor in that. I post this message with a hole ripping through my heart. Please take care to make your relationships a priority, so that games such as this don't suck time away from those closest to you. Many can manage to keep those things in a healthy balance. I cannot. I failed in attempts previous to this, and now have decided to leave the site (and others) permanently, although I regret I may be too late to repair the damage done to my marriage.

All the best flex, rl always needs to take a priority, and while it's sad to see it come to this, You deserve to take the time to give the important things priority! You're a stand-up bloke and I hope everything works out for you!
In other news, I'm surprised to see both the top seeds (and the only ones to get over a 100 points) be dumped out in the first round!
