I see it now that was the war 2 games were made Standard and were remade forgot about that ..

We roll a dice... Nah, the TOs use their discretion, along with input from the Division Directors, and provide an MVP based on several criteria to the CDs. The CDs then provide any input they have (which is usually none) and the MVP is awarded. Feel free to post here if you have thoughts on the matter as I am sure it will warrant a look by the TOs in their decision making process.

The only MVP selected so far was in Division 4...so I'm not sure what you are talking about above. The only thing I can say is it won't be easy and I don't envy the TOs having to make the tough choices.
