Looking for replacement players... up to 2 players right now, unless i hear from one of them. At the rate things are going, what I may end up doing is postponing the games where these players are missing...there will be a number of games that will need to be completed if no replacement is found.

What I will likely do is keep track of these particular games, and once we reach the end of the season, those players with games still needing to be played will most likely be randomly assigned to matchups to allow the completion of regular season games.

OK... gotta do a bit of research in this one... I haven't been able to track this tourney lately and I am a bit behind.. I will update rosters and games and everything else over the course of this evening. I had a couple people wish to join.. I know I have games out there that may need finishing/replacing... I really apologize for the delay in this tourney moving forward. I finally am back on track with all my tourneys, and in order to ensure this one moves forward, I am cutting down on the number of other tourneys I run for now.

Well... I have been unsuccessful in finding replacement players....
I also have had some players simply vanish, so to speak. They have not logged on in some time, or simply do not join game invites, nor respond to messages. As a result, I have determined such regarding this tourney.

Players who have declined to join the last set of games I sent out, which included 3 sets of invites for these games, are disqualified from the tourney. Those that joined their games will continue on.

In regards to those disqualified players' games, I have determined that I will simply "postpone" the games in which still active players would play against them. Then, before the playoffs have begun, I will take all these games that players are "missing" and randomly match-up teams to play one another in order to complete the season. I will create and send game invites when I have enough players that have postponed games, before the end of season, to ensure that once the season itself is over, we are not waiting a long time for playoffs to begin.

I feel that this is the best option going forward since I have been unable to find replacements, and players have also ended up going MIA. It ensures all seasonal games are complete, and no forfeits are awarded.

Depending on how many players will be removed, I may need to realign some of the subdivisions to ensure that there is a fair accounting of place finishers to determine playoff slots.

One last item... I have given 2 players a last chance for ensuring they are not disqualified. They were missing for a short time, but now appear to be active once more. If they fail to join their games, they will be dq'd.
Games 31/32 will be delayed long enough to determine the players still active, and shifting of teams if needed. No more than 2-3 days however.

So far I have no reason to shift players around. I have eliminated 1 player from 3 separate divisions.. 1 each in the North, East and South divisions, making 1 subdivision in each region 3 instead of 4 players.

As a result of all players who are active are also all premium members, I will be implementing game invites every 3-4 days rather than when a set is complete. However, For accurate scoring of the Win streak and such, I will not record results for games that begin later than others in this fashion. Once each set of games is complete, they will be input into the standings, but only as long as the preceding set has already been entered.
