No new posts added since 25th Feb? Anyone know the situation with this tournament or not, it started almost 1 year ago?

Unfortunately, I no longer have enough time to keep this tournament active. If anyone wants to take it over, they are welcome to, otherwise I will abandon it. Sorry everyone.

This tournament thread has not been visibly updated in a while. By “visibly updated” I mean that the thread has not been bumped for at least 2 months by posting a new post or reply.

We routinely check the last few pages of the “Ongoing Tournaments” Forum for inactive tournaments. If your tournament thread is on those last pages, we have to check to see if your tournament is still active, which can be quite a lot of work.

Please help us in our quest to find inactive tournaments and update your thread regularly and then also post that you have updated it (if your tournament is still active). This will get the active threads and tournaments bumped to the first page, and significantly lessen our workload of checking for inactive tournaments.

Theoretically, only the top 12 should carry on at this point, but I'm not 100% confident that the last few rounds were scored properly, so I'm going to carry on with the top 16.

Also, blinkandyblink originally posted that spoils were to be randomized between Escalating and Flat, and Fog of War was to be randomized. However, he didn't post a specific procedure. So, I will simply make it a D4 roll for each round.

1. That seems to be the current list of players who are eligible to advance to the next round. If you are on that list, please either confirm or deny that you wish to go to the next round. If prefer if you post in the thread rather than PM me but PMs are okay as a last resort.

2. Let me know if you think your points are wrong.

3. Important: If you see anybody on the list, and you know that they have quit CC or been banned or vanished or whatever, please let me know, since obviously they won't be posting on their own behalf. I'll try to look through them all but I may miss some, and especially if they have their status set to hide the date of their last visit. It's a lot easier if I know about them before I waste a lot of time inviting them into games.

4. I would like to know if (assuming that some of the people on the list are gone) you prefer to just carry on without them or replace them by re-admitting some of the people that were eliminated in the previous round.

Anyway, if you're wondering, I volunteered to rescue this tournament simply because I like the concept and the list of maps. I hope we can carry it forward and have a good time with it![/spoiler]
