He didn't commit suicide whilst jogging. I don't believe he committed suicide anyway, but it wasn't whilst jogging.

Ahmadinejad has said threatening things to Israel for years. Iran has been trying to obtain nuclear technology for a long time. It is obvious that he wants nukes. I'm not sure him actually saying it is the only proof we can accept that he really wants them. Actions speak louder than words.

Actually Dr Kelly said the opposite, he was casting doubt on the government claims, the decision to suppress information about his death is however disgusting.
