No one else is actually taking the hit. What I am trying to do is, even if there is a remote chance that what you are saying is true, the first vote that belongs to Politician may die but since it is a proxy vote, it cannot happen. So there is no loss in lynching you.

No, that is my assumption. I do not know how lovo/nag would do it but logic dictates that is how it should happen.

Maybe Xen should make the death vote as he doesn't really seem like he wants to do much else...

Ok let me explain how its logical.

Politician bought someone's vote so that person can't vote, so its not his vote.
Thus any vengeful action action according to you, cannot happen to that person since its not him who voted for you.

Now, the vote is with Politician, but technically its not his vote. So the action cannot happen to him either.

where do these rules come from?

no, ga7 unvotes and revotes, he is pushed down, similarly everyone until the politicians' vote unvote and revote and they are pushed down the list till Politcian's vote becomes #1. and the Politician won't unvote. Now get it?
