Basically I expected that this kind of things could happen in the first round
I looked at the game, but it is nearly impossible to reconstruct what happened
Especially I really couldn't detect what kind of strategy people had in mind
To conclude: I am sorry, I can't confirm, but I can also not show that you are wrong.

Nice win
With that win the places 2,3 and 4 in your pool end in a tie
You ( [player]Koganosi[/player] ), [player]smegal69[/player] and [player]Karl_R_Kroenen[/player] all have 72 tulips
Next step is look at the results in the games. You won N. America in which you beat [player]smegal69[/player], who in his (or her) turn won Iberia and beat there [player]Karl_R_Kroenen[/player], who in his (or her) turn won Midgard where he (or she) beated you
So all three beat one of the other two and beaten by the last. The most simple way for a tie (in my tournaments)
Don't worry with three players in a tie we simply can play a standard-setting extra game as tie-breaker: map S. America
Good luck for all three; two of you will go to the finals

With that win you go to the final pool
Unfortunately for [player]Koganosi[/player] he has to wait if a last person droppes out
[player]Koganosi[/player] will be first reserve for the finals

Btw you can put a gift on it. I had to fight of 2 players. karl_r_Kroenen and Smegal69. Smegal69 atacked me more then he atacked his own target. When even Karl had our troops intotal he still atacked me. He really didnt know what he was doing at all.

Most likely you are right. Before you started this tie-breaker game I had a discussion with all three people in that game explaining that something as you described might happen. In that way you all three had the possibility to use that less nice strategy, but strongly not recommended by me
There might be a general CC-rule in which this is forbidden (I don't know for sure, I don't read those rules

).
Difficulty with this that it is impossible to prove that [player]Smegal69[/player] used that strategy to reach the finals, or that he (or she) just "didn't know what he was doing"
With the discussion before the game, all three of you had an equal change to reach the finals. Although not recommended, you all three had the option to attack the wrong person and benefit from that. The result of that extra game is valid for the tournament.

One of the rules in this tournament is that people will not be in more then one game
Simply to keep it open for freemiums like myself
With that rule we had to wait until the last Canada-game was finished before I could start on Indian Empire
Koganosi wrote:[player]PaulusH[/player] dies.
I am happy that this is only a game
Anyway this was the last Canada-game, so lets go to India

It was a nice
You will become the tournament winner (nobody can come at a better place in this final pool)
However it can take a while before the tournament will be finished (and you can only become winner after it is finished

)
First the last game is still active and I expect there will come a tie-breaker for places 3,4 and 5
Anyway I planned to update the score tommorow
