Hey guys, i have noticed that there are quite a few tounrneys that i have seen for captains and above and a few for sargents and below. what about a tourney for Lieus only?

I want someone else to do it this is my idea it can be changed

18 people in each 3 teams apes, monkeys and humans

the map will be classic doubles freestyle escalating unlimited

the winners will go through even if its 2 mokeys on apes(keep in mind you want for your team not for u and your partner)

The story: In 2053 the apes start getting smarter science can not explain it
2061 apes are as smart as children
2075 apes smarter than humans enslave them all
2092 monkeys start to get smarter
2103 monkeys fight apes for control of the world
2105 humans join the fight

Clan Tourney

Have each clan put together and triples or doubles team to represent them. I would also ask some of the groups around in the social lounge who haven't been able to become a clan yet.(ex. Spamalot, ASA)

This isn't free to a good home, but I'm developing something. I'll probably try to do it after the Bracket Tournament finishes.

It's going to be based on Battle Royale although I'll have to call it something else so people don't freak out on me when it isn't the infamous Conquer Club BR.

So dibs on this concept.

Can someone make a cricket tournement i know there is one running but i am not a part of it. I would appriciate it.
I would do it myself but i don't understand step 3 in the how to make a tourny thread so i can't do it.

I'm not bothered to make a tourny, but I have an idea for one and a theme.

WWII- D-day and liberation of Germany.
This tournament may only work if we had the France and Benelux maps, and Italy maps, but it could work.
First rounds for everyone would be played on the Europe map. Then as the last round, it could be played in Germany.
As I think about it, it could only work with the France, Benelux and Italy map in play.

But carrying on. There would be 3 big teams - Allies, Germans & Allies, and then the Soviet Union.
You can just modify it if you're going to do it, I doubt it though.

I would be glad to run a tornament, but what are some good programs for making brackets or standings?

well there is a page of freewares here they may not be the best if it's 3 players but for doubles or 4 player it should be O.K

ok the idea is this cos the battle royal is so popular y not have it as a torny like start the first round in usa 42 ppl in each have say 8 games started then the top 5 for each game then go in to the final round and have 1 territory each and 2 nutral this is just a thought and if you think its rubbish then just put it on the used condoms pile lol

The idea is good, and it would be alot of fun. But i doubt that a Battle Royale tourney will ever happen because only Death To All can make them, and also becuase i doubt that you would find enough people to play in the set-up that you're suggesting.

well i did say it was an idea in progress but we had 130 plus in the battle royal and lots of ppl where upset that they missed out we would need 336 ppl and i think we have members in the thousands region

i got an idea but do not know how to host the torny.

Idea : Conquerclub No.1 Killer
number of players : 36
Play : 6 players/Terminator/classic map/sequential/unlimited
Detail : each player will play 6 rounds of game with random player in the pool. The player with the most kill will win the torny.

Incase of 2 or more players have the same number of kills. Another game created for them to fight it out till the last man standing.

I think a good one to do now would be the NHL season now that we can play 1 vs 1. Each person would pick a team, and their map preference and then they would play the schedule. At the end of it they would have playoffs of the top 8 teams per conference just like they have in the NHL, the only problem is that it would be a minimum of 82 games for each person, plus a a minimum of 16 more games if they made the finals. It would be a long haul but that is what it takes to win the stanley cup.

I would be willing to try to run it but I've never run a tourney before. This is something I would really be interested in trying. let me know if there is any interest.

I see some mentions of U.S or NA vs. others, but what about a classic Axis and Allies tourney? USA, Canada, Britain, and Russia against Germany, Austria, Italy, and Japan. The Belgians can pop up out of nowhere to blow things up, the French can quit in the first round, and the Italians can switch sides halfway through (haha, just kidding, guys!) Seriously, though, I see a doubles or triples tournament on the Europe map or the World 2.1 map.

Or maybe relive the bad old days and set up a Cold War in Europe featuring the Warsaw Pact v. NATO?

Okay i did not read everything that everyones said but now that we can do 1v1 matches why not do a 64 player NCAA Basketball tournement...

I havent figured out how the whole maps would work...

Plus I cant host it because i am not premium yet...
if someone wants to host it and start it let me know i can do the bracket and help out

Teams can pick a home map (Stadium). U don't need to be premium

but thats not how it works in the real tournement...the stadium they play in is randomly selected and is the same for the first two rounds, then the next two rounds and the final four is picked and all them play there...

and how would i do this if im not premium..how can i set up all these matches? without passwords..

has anyone ever played a tourny through Rankmonster.com now this would be a fly-able idea as rankmonster is just a host for tournaments and the actual games played come from game sites such as

yahoo
pogo
slingo...the list goes on
