Looks great But I think You should flip the top Names right side up in the same position they are now.... I know you did it in keeping with the way the board game is but the board game is designed for people to sit all around it....in Conquer club we all see the board the same way.... otherwise it is awesome

Definitely Better diagnolly....
Also (for artistic reasons) try adding rank symbols as tokens on the board
and maybe a set of dice in the middle and maybe a few houses or hotels
Not sure if this would help but what if you colored the DICE territories the same as the DECK so it is more little more unified

Not sure if i'll be able to do the rank symbols, houses and hotels might border on copyright, but i can put the dice in. The dice territories arnt coloured the same as the deck because right now I have them as part of more than one continent.

Theres no rush to start on the xml yet. I'm not sure if I'll flip the battleships and free army or not. I won't flip the attack multis though, because the sword points directly to the multis square.

Yeah true... but the rank symbols from conquer club should be easy enough.
You could probably get them from the instructions page
