Did you read this article that suggests Biden should just go through the motions of the Primaries and then 'decide' not to accept the nomination at the Dem Convention in August?? (Supposedly this plan will help retain his dignity/legacy... as if that wasn't already lost long ago...)

She is gonna scratch the eyes out of Buttigieg for the nomination. The Rats know they can't win with her, but they can only replace her with another Black woman. And Michelle Obama no way wants this job. She enjoys being loved by everyone and knows that ends once she's president. And the Rats don't have any other Black ladies besides these two. (I mean anyone who can pass as sane anyway. Sheila Jackson and Maxine Waters aren't it.)

Would you really rather have Kamala as President for the next 10-11 months?

It's a weird thing that been happening with VP choices. You want someone who gets you some votes you otherwise wouldn't, but you also need someone inept and incapable of winning national elections so they never amount to much of a threat to you. Kamala backers tried early in Bidens first term, to frame her as the obvious choice in 2024 with Biden likely being too old by then. They tried to push her to be viewed as a tolerable alternative, that she could deliver effective speeches and appeared capable of handling the office. That went so well that you basically haven't heard her name in the news for 2 years since.

Similarly with Pence, he probably would have been capable of running the office but he creeps people out like Desantis does and likely never had a shot at winning a primary let alone a general election.

Seems like in the past VPs were being groomed to become president but now it seems like the criteria has evolved to pick people who might be capable in office but aren't likeable and are unlikely to do well in national elections.

I didn't watch Biden inspect the border since he's not real. However, I did watch President Trump inspect the border. The best part was when even the migrants on the other side of the Rio Grande started cheering for Trump (2:10 in the video)! Even his opponents love him!

Great footage of Trump being fully briefed on border security operations by officers of the Texas defense department and asked to provide guidance and direction for future operations. Biden, meanwhile, just posed for photos and left. And no one asked him for advice.
