we are looking good in our last game, so this would mean only 3 teams are still up chasing the GA (pack+tnc+otp). this next round will be quite exciting freak as we face each other! winner will also most probably advance to the final.

by the way freak, looks like the otp2 is facing tnc next round i count on you to motivate them!!! :D
i promised trboye that every time he beat someone he will be allowed to wear dress in public for 3 days... they dont need any additional motivation.
and i cant wait to spank your sorry ass out of winning streak. 5 wins in a row is way too much for you :P

lol, I'm kind of disapointed with the format though. Thought the winner of each group would face each other for the final, this means we aren't even half way through (5/14 rounds!!!) and we've been playing for nearly 4 month. I don't like being involved in tournaments for so long, this is probably going to last a year and since it's RR there is no way out if you have lost all your chances... We originally signed up for an 8 team RR, which is already pretty long. When kingm said 16 team RR we said we were out, but kingm came with a compromise for teams dropping out and I guess we over read it... this is basically a 14 team RR with 3 teams you play twice... :(. This means you can't take little cc breaks for the next X month......

You could probably get a stand-in if you're going to be away for an extended break. But really the tournament serves three purposes: i) win it for the prestige and the medal, ii) get some practice on seldom-used settings, and iii) earn wins towards the rarer achievement medals.

So win or lose the overall tournament, there's still a lot worth playing for imo. Had it not been for this enterprising tourney I don't think I would have ever have played with these settings.

yes, but I still think it's better to do 3 separate tournaments of 8teams RR as it was originally planned. much easier to organize in terms of flexibility, much shorter and 3 different tournament winners; also the TO gets 3 medals instead of 1, and each tourney lasts 4 month instead of a year.. just my 2 cents.

nah, im more into raping boneheads... thats something so contradictory about me. i hate ppl who try to humiliate or offend other, and enjoy, immensely, doing those things to them. its same situation here, hate ppl who are winning more often then losing(like COF) so i enjoy beating them. thats pretty much what drives me into those tournaments

loved you?! even you dont love yourself!

ps. this worship has remind me on one of my colleagues from work. he was obsessed with anal sex for some time and every day he praised some movie called "ass war ships" which made absolutely no sense to me what so ever, up until one day he brought DVD of the movie to work and i found out it was actually ass worshipers... that made some sense...
moral of the story? there are ppl who are speaking english even worse then me!

I have had a bad feeling in my stomach because of this tourney for the last 2 months, I love the concept, and playing the games etc, but I just don't have it in my to host it, I have started to do the scores and been ready to start making games and sending invites, but after just 5min looking at this thread I loose motivation, not just for hosting this tourney, but also for the whole CC, I actualy can't wait for a new invite system, it would make this 90min job take like 10 instead..

So I have decided to send this one over to "needing rescue", maybe we get lucky and someone wants to takeover..
And I am so so sorry for beeing a bad host, never thought it would happen, but RL got so much more hectic like 1month after I started this one, but I still should have completed what I started, but I see I understimated the size of this tourney, so once again guys, I am so so sorry..

If no-one else comes forward in the next week (a fair bit of time off coming once this next week is out of the way) I don't mind having a go at getting this back on track, first round was a shock to our system but quite enjoyed the 2nd round and it would be good to play the rest.

Hey guys, I have had been discussing this in the tournament forum since a couple of weeks and I haven't seen this reply from kingm and vid fiso. basically I have agreed to take over the tournament under the condition that after phase one the best 2 teams of each group makes it through (25%) instead of the best 4 teams (50%).
All the rest would remain the same and I've been confirmed that the GA medal ect would remain the same.

we have played 5 full rounds so far (will have to check if every team has completed all 5 rounds), so 2 left for phase 1 and it would've meant 7 more rounds on phase 2, so this would ve meant we have only played a third so far and the tournament started more than 6 month ago. As you know, tournaments aren't supposed to lat over a year.
With the new system, we would need 2 more rounds to finish phase 1 ad give a chance to teams to sneak in phase 2.
Phase 2 will be of 3 rounds, this means we've done half of the tourney. Revised punctuation and invites comming soon!

no prob, wanted to see the end of this, we've all put time and effort so far so I think it was worth finishing! ;)

guys, I still need replacements for lms (tofu2); spino (dynasty); bleed green (myth)

all these teams are clan based so I'm sure you can find a clanmate ready to play quads with the remaining 3 of each team, thanks
