Sorry about the late reply. My aunt and uncle came home for a surprise visit for 3 days to visit from 3000 miles away, so I tried to spend as much time with them as I could!
Fixed, same with N. Somali i found also.Anyway, down to business.
I found some discrepancies between xml-map. "S Somali" in XML says "S Somalia", same with east. I feel like it should be somalia, but I will let you decide that.
I've put a small border around those "buildings" - this should sufficeOther than the names, the borders are clear, the neutral starts are clear, and the bonuses are clear.
One thing that isn't XML related, though. From a graphical standpoint, it seems as though the cities can be attacked by the country they are next to (eg AA to Sudan). It was only then did I realize it was a blown-up version of the city sitting in NW Oromia. Is there anything that could be done to make it clear these do not border? Perhaps just make the outline around the city bolder? I dunno.
I will gladly stamp this after the names are settled. The city thing isn't resting on XML, so that can happen whenever or even after beta if the community feels like that as well.

btw, those borders around the city I think will do great.cairnswk wrote:Thank-you Gilligan.

Enjoying this map by the way, it's really good for 1:1 speed games.

Thank-you, adjusted belowGilligan wrote:NBG has two closing parentheses in the XML

Thanks for reminding me what I've been meaning to post. Cairns, I think you have enough room to move he cities from the corners to their territs. Sometimes it's just so easy to overlook they're in the corners and can really screw you upselfish_lad wrote:I really like this map. It's great for trench 1v1 play. However, I think the three (3) cities need to go back to starting off neutral. In 1v1 play it's too easy to drop an initial bonus (which is crushing to the other player).
Thanks!
