Ah, another series I've heard really good things about. Although it's supposed to be pretty confusing. I do know that certain people cannot have their names put on the note, so I'd hope I'm one of them.

The only key was that you had to know their actual name. You could also learn people's names by trading half your remaining life for Shinigami eyes.
