I take it 12 round rule applies in the World Cup as well. What are the tiebreakers if 2 teams are tied?

Loved to be in the tourney but I am a freemium so, bad luck. Offcourse as a soccerfreak I was very interested ; ). Hopefully Peru wins...because their jerseys are magnificent.
