Did you know that there is no reason to lead any goats around here, aka do any goading.. Its because there are only sheep here.. Wether they be black sheep is something I cannot confirm or deny, but its pretty obviously a very upset sheep...

I am kinda surprised to see not a single update, but then i have to remember there is a dinosaur in here, and some landlocked continents, so it might take a while. In the mean time I heard that THOTA claims they are only any good when they can come back from behind (go for the pun next).

Bloody cassettes....yet another example of marketing over reality. 8 tracks were by far the better product yet constant marketing about how good these cassettes were made sure the unsuspecting public always assumed they were better than anything else....sorry, I cannot imagine why I would bring that up in this thread....

8 tracks were the boss! Yes, I'm old. The last player I came across was from a vintage pinball machine I and a friend rescued from a warehouse on Milwaukee Ave in Chicago covered in rat shit that did the sound effects for the game. The place burned to the ground shortly after. The elevator was operated by pulling ropes. I can't imagine why I bring this up in this thread either ... nostalgia.

oh, and all that talk of cassettes and older tech makes me really miss my old analog phone.
i was one of the last to have one, insisting all along that analog was better,,, but alas, they no longer even offer the service, and besides, that phone was getting pretty ragged... analog was clearly better, but digital is more profitable for the big companies, so.. well, that's how it goes... but at least i still LIVE in an analog world, lol, they can never take that away from me (except for the time spent here, lol)
