I suggest playing games early in the week--10AM next Sunday morning will start round 4 and end round 3--I will be sticking to end/start times now since Thanksgiving is over. If during Christmas I need to extend the week I will do so when the week starts and not at the end of the week.
If you have problems finding games you need to let me know by Thursday--after that if you get cut off and cannot find games so be it.
5 minimum will remain the constant for this tourney.
Also if you are getting off line make sure to hit the log off link as it takes you out of any speed games you were waiting for players--dropping the games is recommended though.

Wow-what a busy day we have had. I know a few players plan on playing tonight so get in on the action. Everyone has played at least one game this round. There are players reaching qualifications for round 4 and telling me they are done for this round. This is fine if they are scared they can't handle the pressure of winning. Anyway--make sure you do not get cut off on Sunday Morning at 10AM New York Eastern Standard Time. Round 3 ends and 4 begins--there will be no lapping over this week. Remember that games are going to get tight now--many of you play the minimum to advance. Try to get games in early. If you have issues getting games you need to contact me no later than Thursday.
If you wait and get locked out you will be out of the tourney.

finding players to play will be at a premium as three of you stop playing as soon as qualifying for the next round has been met.
Get your games in early--if there is trouble finding games I must be sent a pm no later than Thursday. If no pm is sent to me-no help from me will happen.
If there is a case of this-I will set up 24 hour games to meet the requirement in a fair way--meaning everyone would have to play one game against the player not getting games. That being said--if there has been plenty of opportunity to play games I will not help.
Also-if I have a winning percentage I am sure I will play as I seem to be addicted to these 1v1 speed games.

If you have played five games and have a losing percentage and no one will play you that is just part of the strategy and the game so no help will be given.

I want to make sure everything is clear about moving on. There are four of you needing to qualify for the next round still --you should be getting with each other to play. Don't wait until the weekend.

9. To ensure players get to play at least five games when the player count gets low near the end of the tourney-if a player has been unable to entice others to play I will set up one game against each remaining player to get that player above 5 games. For example: Players A-B-C all have 5-6-7 games played receptively and 50% win rates. Player D only was able to get in 2 games and no one will play him/her since they are already advancing. One game will be played against A/D, B/D, C/D--this would occur at the end of the week or as soon as it is known no one will play him/her. If this causes A, B, or C to go under 50% they will be out of the tourney. I believe this is the only fair way to allow every player to get a chance at playing 50%. This is really not an issue in the early rounds, but might be one in the late rounds. If however there is a player above the 50% line that can play the one or two players not reaching the 5 game limit--I will just have that player play them so that everyone that has achieved 50% will advance--but for this to happen they have to be above 50% by enough games where they cannot get knocked out themselves. As the week comes near an end I will clarify each situation to make it fair.
10. If you run into a time issue where you cannot find anyone to play--you need to pm me halfway through the week-no later than Thursday. I may set up some 24 games to at least get you to the five game limit. I cannot guarantee more than this. With so many players and a lot of time you should be able to knock out at least five games. If you wait until Saturday to start playing you may just not get the limit of games in. If I have not received a pm from you by Thursday--that you tried to get games and could not get them --you will be out of luck and have to find someone to play by Sunday morning.
