I've updated one rule. Rather than selecting the 4 top-leftmost available grid locations in the event a team captain misses their posting window for attacks, I will randomize the locations. I think this will reduce the "punishment" and keep things as fair as possible without stagnating the tournament. Of course, if everyone gets their attacks in on time, this rule won't even apply, which is what I hope is the case.
