Obviously, your foe is recent because you played with me May 2 (same team) and the rating was given to 21.11.2008! Almost two years later!

I had no idea. I just got into the habit in larger tournaments like these, since it made it easier for the tournament organizer to verify things. Makes life much easier in the College Basketball tournament, I know that much.
