Yeah, but they use different letters for some months in Latin America, and in many Arab countries they colloquially use a different number system along with writing from right to left, so that could cause a whole bunch of other issues.

Feb 15 and march 1 F400 will be released either on march 1 or march 5th together (time permitting).
My job changed, and going after a rather large promotion that's required extensive study time & prep. (Interview is 28th).

I'll be back to regular schedule in March for updates.
