No - the Action form (the bit where you press buttons) is only available for games you are in...
I think there should be an action form though with a "Jump to next game" link in - but that's a Lack thing...
C.
right, I don't need an action form... but I like to use map inspect on games I view, and sometimes I cannot see the map inspect under the map (for bombard/one-way descriptions) and the top of the map at the same time??

You do need an action form - because that's what the HUD is - it all sits inside the action form - which I float...
IF Lack could add the action form to spectator games - then BOB would work instantly with the HUD & Map Inspect... otherwise - I have to code in special case stuff... which is more work - for something that's not gonna be used by a great deal of people...

Here's a question, and it may have already been answered, or might not even be possible.
Is BOB something that could read the "My Games" page and when I have new turns put a fancy (5) next to My Games on the game menu? That way when I'm working on administrative stuff I can see my turns pile up to 5 or 6 before going over to check on them?
Just curious.
if your using firefox conquer tell is a great extension that sits in the status bar (or where ever you put it) and tells you how many games you have ready/waiting/total and also give you a visual indication, audio cue, and time left.

Two suggestions:
1. Could you add the "Jump to next available game" to games that are available to be played? So even if I can begin my turn on a certain map, but don't want to, I can jump to the next game instead? This may be a lack thing, since it would probably just jump you right back into the first available game every time, even if that's where you came from. Just a thought.
2. Could you add the scroll box for BR games to the My Games / Eliminated pages? I hate that when I've been eliminated from a BR game, I have to scroll down past 100 people to see the other games I've been eliminated from. Now that BoB works for all pages on the site, would this be possible?

1) A Lack thing really...
2) Possible...

hey yeti c,
Sorry if this has been brought up already, but I'm wondering... I've been playing the waterloo map a bit lately and the map inspect gives odd results on that map. It shows many attack routes that don't exist, such as through walls or from artillery terits to adjacent terits. Just wondering if there's a way to fix that. Thanks.

if you look underneath the map (or on your HUD), it specifies which territories are two-way(conventional) and which are attack-only, defend-only, bombard, etc.
All territories that are listed anywhere in that list are highlighted on the map when you hover.

Yeti, you've been doing an excellent job and as you'll recall, I capitulated quite nicely on one of your maps so you could take all my points.
Recently I had an embarrassing episode on a map where I had a nice rainbow set and cashed it in expecting to receive my 10 armies, only to discover it was an ESCALATING map and I'd just burned a turn in with only three cards. In my defense, this is easy to do when you keep clicking Advance to Next turn and all the maps look the same.
Unfortunately, the HUD map covers up the portion of the screen that says what the card turn-ins are. You've already done a fantastic job of screen stripping the info you need for cards, etc. and I was wondering if you could grab the words Escalating or Flat Rate and put them in some noticeable spot on the HUD screen for those cripples among us who can no longer play without BOB and are leaning heavily on all these features...

Hi Angus...
I won't be adding this - because there is a *new* script in the works that is awesome and do this for you - I can't release any more details at the moment - it's not by me and I don't want to steal any thunder - I will just leave it at this - and build some anticipation...

Hey Yeti,
Long time fan of your work and I wanted to let you know that you are doing a fantastic job.
I was playing a Doubles Game with Fog of War and BOB was keeping track of the calculated territories. One player missed three turns so his armies and territories went to his partner, but BOB didn't follow this transition. Player 1 had 3 territories and Player 2 had 4 territories. When Player 2 defaulted, those 4 territories went to Player 1, but BOB was still calculating 3 territories for Player 1. It got confusing when Player 1 lost his 3 territories so he was removed from BOB altogether.
I am not sure if this can be resolved, but I thought I would bring it to your attention.

If you answered yes to all these questions, the install might have botched, so you should uninstall and try again.

Yeti could almost put this on the 1st page but these are the steps needed to install BOB:
