I'm modding a 12-person mafia on another site. Most of them are pretty new to mafia. Any ideas for a balanced setup?

I never do average set-ups. When I mod big games, I enjoy watching the insanity, both day and night.

I think it might put them off a bit if they lose to a beloved serial killing reverse jester princess in their first game though
