this was months and months ago, but , one of the fastest I ever seen was manimal, of course, he was under another user name and told me it was him in discreet coding among other things, lol, but, he was fast. not sure how fast, but faster than me.

unfortunately for me, this link sent me to uniblue.com, where i decided to speed up my computer, and it subsequently fried my computer, which I now cannot get started

If you read the earlier posts, I think the difference is in the pings -- the further you're away obviously the slower the ping... Thread's from almost a year ago so I don't recall who pointed that out.
