You did very good and end at the second place, with the same number of tulips as inos
You and inos visit together New York City (the first game). So that game is re-used as tie-breaker. inos was better in that game, so is the overall winner

Last game is started and in fact it is the only game left in this tournament
Of course tournament is only finished after the last game is finished
After finish officially ask everybody to send inos a message (or post here) for his winning this tournament.
