The only way Firey could be innocent is if my hairs were planted at the scene, as I was not there. I'll give you one more chance Firey to tell us what really happened when you found Jaydog (was he still alive?) and also what happened previous to that finding. I'm the closest thing this town has to a judge, so it's me you have to convince. Just the facts, Poet, just the facts.

Ahh, a self-appointed judge. Probably Mafia, but I'll indulge.
The night that the incident occured, I was peacefully resting in my hammock under a nice juniper tree. I was awakened to hear some whooping and hollaring off in the distance and I wanted to see what was going on. Figures in black were riding off into the distance upon my arrival. Looking around I saw that there was a shark of red hair and it appears jaydog didn't put up too much of a fight because he was outnumbered. The ground was blackened around him, which indicated to me that it was someone with some pyro skills. Upon seeing the ashes of dear cupcak.. jaydog, I immediately fell to my knees and smote the ground with my fists in anger and frustration. He didn't deserve it... I did. I vowed revenge and the only thing I could go on was the red hair I found. Is it yours? Was it planted? That remains to be seen. All I know is that I lost my favorite cupcake... jaydog.
hmm ok ill let you consider this...what if somehow, despite all the suspicions fireside has brought on himself, he was a townie? everyone will turn at you wicked, for manlipulating everyones minds into voting him, and you would probably be lynched
im just trying to think of all the different possiblilites here...
uhh most pubes are noticable on sight there FP (short & curly ring a bell?), so I'm guessing you didn't really find hairs at the scene and are making that up.

Actually, I'm starting to think Firey is innocent. I do have my suspicions about Moz and Pilate tho.
Moz is a smooth talker and would make an excellent mafia, added to the fact that he came up with a decision to lynch firey pretty quickly, makes him pretty suspicious to me.
And Pilate who still hasn't posted, maybe he is mafia but doesnt know what he can post to not make himself look too guilty.
I am still trying to sort this all out, but from the arguments, and Firesides obvious distress of Jaydogs death, I do not think Firey had anything to do with it.

And also, I think my suspicions lie around Mach and Pilate...
Pilate for the reasons that AK suggested, and I also believe that Mach was quicker than Moz to rush and in want to kill Fireside wasnt he?
geez, i think everyone forgot wicked was the fastest to accuse fireside. Then like mach said, the second to support the theory is generally the mafia, so they would eliminate townies without being accused themselves. However, if your theories are correct and mach is indeed a mafia, that could mean he was making that whole thing up and hes is trying to divert attention from someone else
I don't think I was the fastest to accuse I actually in the beginning thought it my be Mac (who is still a little suspisious) But after the night of posting it seemed to me like Fireside was trying everything to get supision away from himself. I'll stick with my vote for now and see what happens.

I don't think it's Mach at all. My guess is he had inside information that led him to believe the "hair" evidence was either lied about or planted, and jumped on that when FP mentioned it. I supported that since I know I'm innocent and wasn't at the scene.
