Anyway, since March is up, anybody is now eligible to play. I just need to get it sorted out with the TO's, and find time to update and we'll have this started!

I believe we're starting at Round 4, for those who care.

Expect this to be up around Easter weekend-ish. May be a week later, depending on stuff...

Okay, so...I've started a reserve thread - I need one more person [if a reserve isn't found in two weeks, I will take the place of a random person.]

So, here's the reorganized scoreboard, minus everybody who didn't respond:

saraith will be taking the place of a random participant. If s/he gets a spot who's point count is 0, saraith will be getting a 3 point boost [1 point for each round that s/he missed.] Otherwise, saraith will be getting 1 point [unless if getting jgalioto's spot. Then s/he will be getting no points.]

EDIT: saraith will be replacing Marfski's position. Since Marfski has not gained any points through the tourney, saraith will be getting 3 points, as edited into the scoreboard.

Also, we will be starting at round 4 [therefore, anybody who played a USApoclypse game will be redoing it.]. All teams will be reshuffled for the sake of my conveience, and the quad game will be turned into a doubles game.

I may or may not try my best to keep the teams similar to what they were before, but unless it severely affects the tourney, I will likely distribute the players that points per team is about the same.

Stage 4: Wizard and Glass

• Doubles/Face off.
  
• One person from the stage 2 teams will play with three other individuals (as a team of 4), each from another stage 2 team... they will be playing the flashback on Age of Merchants. Each person on a winning team gets +3 points. Settings: Esc, Foggy, Chained, Seq.
  
• The other three people from the stage 2 teams will play against each other (driven mad by the Thinny) on USA Apocalypse. Winner of this match gets +2. This is my own creative add to the plotline to make the tournament more interesting. Settings: No Cards, Sunny, Adjacent, Seq

Stage 5: Wolves of the Cala

• Assassin (the low men hunting Pere Callahan). All four team member from the stage 2 teams, plus 4 from another stage 2 team. Winner of match earns 3 points.
  Map: North America. Settings: No Cards, Foggy, Chained, Seq

Stage 6: Song of Suzannah

• Triples (three that played together in stage 4). Map: USA Winning team earns +3. Member of team who has a bye earns +1 if the other three of their team members win. Settings: Esc, Sunny, Unlimited, Seq

Stage 7: Dark Tower

• Terminator - Two stage 2 teams(all four) will play in the same matches together on Arms Race (terminator = free for all) . Tournaments points will be awarded as follows: person winning the match: +4. last eliminated player +4. 6th eliminated +3. 5th eliminated +1. Settings: Esc, Foggy, Chained, Seq.
  
• All players that win on Arms Race [plus the last eliminated [second place] from both games] will go to a bonus round against the other winners (4 player standard, seq), with the winner of that match taking away an extra 3 tournament points. Map will probably be King of the Mountains, but if the Skyscraper map (or something more suitable) ever gets finished by the time we get to stage 7, we'll switch to that. Settings: Flat, Sunny, Adjacent, Seq

I didn't change much from the original plotline, just suited it more towards what I think gdeangel was looking for. In the fourth round, instead of a quad, since we lack players, I changed it to a doubles. And the second change I made was in Round 7, instead of all winners, all winners and second placer-s will get to play that "extra" game.

Besides that, the games in total will be halved since number of players are halved.

I will be making the teams now, and since I didn't see why I should keep it with the first round games [besides in the plot of the game, but that's totally messed up now, since the game distribution of people coming back is probably uneven anyways.

Note: These have around the same number of points per team [8 for the first, 9 for the rest], but it is subject to change if the person the reserve is going to replace has a huge amount of points or whatever to skew the average.

Also, I will be random.org-ing all the "choices" you guys are "supposed" to make, just to keep the speed up with the tourney. Hopefully, this tourney can be finished by the end of summer 09

Amazzony is replacing Natewolfman. Since Natewolfman has accumulated 3 points, Amazzony will be recieving four. Since I don't think points would really be spread around evenly, I will be just placing Amazzony in the team of girque, Haggis_McMutton and saraith.
