We are about two hours away from each other. I'm due west of Atlanta, so I'm probably due north of you.

I USED to live in SW Portland.
There's someone who used to (maybe still does) post from Beaverton, too.

Portland is one of the greatest cities I've ever encountered... living there was pleasure beyond reason.
Wicked lives in Washington, I think... somewhere near Seattle?

Not to sound South-of-the-Columbia-centric, but you live in VANCOUVER. Portland is a different story. A different mindset.
Can you find no redeeming qualities in the City of Bridges--its tolerant culture and diverse entertainment?
I am totally willing to admit that Vancouver is lame... BUT FOR THE FACT THAT MY DEAR KITTY ELEANOR WAS BORN THERE!

Portland is a 10 minute drive from where i am, Vancouver is literally on the border to Oregon.
When you live 10 minutes away its hard to avoid going there.
I just dont like portland lol. Its crowded as hell, nothing very interesting there cept a few bands and comedians that go down to Rose Garden. I just find it to be a dull place. Granted its better than Vancouver
The most you do here is bowl or shop

There isn't much of America that is due south of me...

Its crowdedness is something I so love about Portland. Most US cities of comparable size are DESTROYED by urban sprawl. Portland has a very defined downtown area, with tall buildings and narrow streets. It's easy to walk around Portland, the public transport system is INCREDIBLE for a city its size, and, AND, there's BURGERVILLE. *sigh*
Oh, I miss it.

Not to be too much of a smart ***, but there is a whole continent south of us. It's America too.

Psh... smartass. We all know that the only important America is the one that I live in. You people need to get with the program. If you want to argue semantics, southiness is arbitrary anyhow.

Oy, Southern States.
Haha, my state wasn't even a territory until 1868, and a state in 1890!
I'm done, for now.

misterman10?

Yeah, he's been on vacation or something lately.
Yeah, that his name. He lives in Albuquerque, and I live in Clovis, New Mexico. It is about a 3 hour drive from here depending on the condition of the roads.
