To solve a few long names, General discussion could be a shorter forum like Tournaments, or Map Foundry. Red could be shortened to Maps - Tournaments - Clans (of course Tournaments couldnt be used twice though)

That's what I wanted to sort of avoid. With already having something to do with maps, tournaments, and clans, I thought it would be nice to have some variation.

I was thinking of that as well-- Just wanted to get it up because it was already done and I had nothing else. I didn't have time to change it.
The only ones I really see being a problem is Tournament Organizers, General Discussion, and Private messaging.
Flip the font so they're all the "right" way up... then use short words top and bottom... and longer words on the left and right...
