Hey, just a question, but, wouldnt it be MUCH MUCH easier to qualify from south america or europe than from asia or africa? Because 14 qualify from europe and 5 qualify from south america while asia and africa only gets 4 or 5.

Hey, just a question, but, wouldnt it be MUCH MUCH easier to qualify from south america or europe than from asia or africa? Because 14 qualify from europe and 5 qualify from south america while asia and africa only gets 4 or 5.

yes it would and it would be MUCH MUCH more fair of Asia and Africa get more places in the final rounds coz there are more teams than in europe...

If any of the 2 teams have already been taken just give me a random country from the same continent.

It is easier to qualify from Europe or S.America, but it's still fair since everyone has a choice of which continents to go for. Since European places are still available, it's not as if those choosing first had that much of an advantage.
