Game 10841506. We are never going to get to round 2 because this round 1 game will not end. No spoils and no one is attacking anyone. Slap a round limit on it. I will lose but the game will end.

I'm not a big fan of the 20 round limit. especially when you have 7+ players in a nuclear game.
