Well i don't really buy the PR. I was in the zelda mafia too. And in general i don't often see PRs even tho i did have some, and still have some in some games. But they are not all that common. And when someone in a game has one, usually at least half the game has them, and i didn't see anyone else with one yet. Besides, i wouldn't even be sure to say that the guy he's claiming to be is town-aligned.

I think it depends on the game.

I've seen games where only a couple people had PR's. I've seen games where 1 person had a PR, and I've seen a game where almost everyone had PR's.

I've just had bad experiences with mafia hiding behind a self-imposed PR, so I'm very suspicious of anyone who voluntarily puts a PR on themselves. Especially if they use a self imposed PR to be less intelligible in their posting. It looks like an easy way to not say much and semi justify it.

Well he certianly has conviction with the role that he is playing. I will give him that. I am however surprised that he is acting surprised at the attention he has drawn apon himself. You cant fault a player for questioning his motives.

WIFOM argument. I've seen mafia act the most beneficial to town on Day 1 (Rolegift Mafia). Activity is no indication of town or mafia.

And way to throw an OMGUS at spiesr and me, that certainly doesn't do anything to dispel the "noob scum who's being very defensive with limited pressure" read I have on you.

And even if you did have a PR, as MoB has stated, it's perfectly normal to be able to to speak legibly and add the PR at the very end. You're using it, (especially in the later posts) to disguise the fact that you really have nothing to say. It's like you're trying to be the crazy aunt in the corner, but clearly if you did have a PR, it shouldn't restrict your ability to be understood.

WIFOM statements. maybe you just got the character as fakeclaim, or you just assumed noone would stand up against your PR. also, even if the PR is true, it still doesn't mean you're not anti-town.

I can't read a full game of mkays. WW has gone from being overly defensive to WIFOM to trying to deflect scrutiny onto spies and safar.

I agree. No one doomed you but your self. If you are town and had a PR you played it the worst possible way in my opinion.
