Head to head first , then your record against the top team or next down the line , failing that , another game , winner takes all

hey what do you do if at some point a player has 2 teams playing each other?
i have one qualified and 2 in playoffs; if i get 3 teams in the wc careful not to put them in the same group stage!
looks like we are close to play the actual world cup.

2 groups still to complete , plus the playoffs for the final place , brazil will not start till the new year
