My friend can only join three games not four

My friend 14koshut wasn't able to join a fourth game in his account. He also couldn't look in his inbox if somebody wanted to tell him something because if he clicked on inbox this site would tell him that he would haveto login when he already did. He can't join anymore games now after he finished the games before this bug. It said that is account was inactive.

How do I fix all of this?

You don't fix it. However if your friend is innocent of multiple accounts, he can send an appeal through etickets (under Help up top). Moved this since it's not a bug.

Tell your friend to follow the instructions in the email that was sent out when he was busted.
