We didn't have any of these.......
soundout9,
misterman10,
Tyr.

No pointless threads.

Mafia games weren't all pointless n00b bandwagons.

Anyone you ask will say it was better.

OK. I'll ask myself...

'Its an internet forum. Endless cycle of noobs, spam, good threads, bad threads, politics, religion, sports, more spam, more arguments for and against God, what song are you listening to?, more spam, longest thread thread, more good threads, spam, more noobs... Rinse and repeat.'

You are one of the reasons the forum became so bad.

Why? Because I don't like Pokemon?

Nice one...

No because you provoked xtra and annoyed him. Challenging him and all that shit. It was stupid and ended up in xtra spamming with conspiracy stuff just to piss you off.

Fine, I'm not going to argue (mainly because I can't). But I know for a fact, that it is less fun here now, that it used to be.

Yeah but that is just because you've been here so long. The old days always sound like they were better, but that's just because people have selective memories.

I've been here so long have I? I've only been here just over a year, it may be a lot longer than most, but in the grand scheme of things its not long.

Well a year is quite long. I've had the same experience in numerous forums, and only one actually got worse. (Mods who decided to turn nazi on everyone and ban people for the silliest of reasons.)
But isn't part of the reason for things getting worse here that it also got bigger? More anonymous people posting ridiculous shit?

Probably. I think mafia games show that decrease in quality brilliantly.

Remember, remember...the Fifth of November.

Go, Ron Paul! GO!

Allow me to quote Alan Moore (the guy who wrote the story for "V the Vendetta" comic):

"[The movie] has been "turned into a Bush-era parable by people too timid to set a political satire in their own country… It's a thwarted and frustrated and largely impotent American liberal fantasy of someone with American liberal values standing up against a state run by neoconservatives—which is not what the comic V for Vendetta was about. It was about fascism, it was about anarchy, it was about England."

The point of anarchism isn't finding a kind and loving leader. The point of anarchism is living free and without leaders.
