1. People play conquerclub from several public locations. I play CC from my laptop within public libraries, college dormitories, coffee shops, etc. My list is endless. The short answer is "Yes", however if you play with friends, it would be a good idea to "announce" that you in fact are friends and not a secret alliance or multi. Most people just out to have fun will accept that without any difficulty or problem. Genrally honest friends will play honestly with each other, win some and lose some. The multi-hunters can generally distinguish this from cheaters that play with extra players to give one account extra points. It is also a good idea to play some different games with different people. (IE be varrient in playing) Upgrading to priemium also helps, but only if you can afford it.
2. Yes, but again informing other players that you are friends and/or within the same IP. Alliances can only be valid if you state them and it is good manners for everyone to be informed anyway
3. Legally, there are no restrictions, but advise to always play safe, be informative, and if decared such, explain to the mods the truth. They are actually great guys who like playing the game as much as we do.
4. Restrictions is play safe. I've hear that it's best to stay away from freestyle games, but thats rumor.
