BTW no one gives a f*ck about 4 neg feedback when they are within the parameters of the game. no one is accusing you of deadbeating or cheating, so you probably wont get kicked from any games.

I almost never leave a red but can only confirm other similar red feedbacks. Lyer, backstabber, and in this specific game had a secret alliance with a mate. Unfortunately there's some crap like this one on CC.

All the feedback really does is tell other players what kind of player you are. The only folks with really enormous amounts of negative feedback, funny enough, are the ones who exclusively play speed games...which appears to be where most of the bad blood in CC comes from.

Ham Drigger, I'm really zorry for the tybing misdake in the word "liar", but English is not my native language. French is. I also make mistakes in Dutch, German, Italian, and some more in Arabian - i'm still learning this one.

For sure i gave you a red feedback. For sure i wrote it AFTER you. Writing after doesn't implies it IS retaliatory. It simply means that you were available for CC before me. Also, that writing crap is NOT a priority in my life. If you have a look at my feedback left, you'll notice that there's only one red left : yours. I prefer to leave neutral feedback, and i would have done so with you, if you had not already left a.... red.

This quote took time enough. I won't change my mind. Strangely, your mate (whom you play V2 with) was very focused on breaking my +3 bonus while you had West Coast (+5) and 90% of Maghreb, which is another +5. Only extremely stupid players, or cheaters, proceed like this. Your mate is currently in another game with me, and he doesn't look like an idiot there.

Conclusion :

If you're so concerned with that red one, well review yr feedback to neutral, and i will then really......... retaliate.

It's all public games in general. Private games you will not receive neg feedback just the ignore option is used.


This thread isn't about neg feedbacks but retaliatory ones that the mod's seem fit to keep as neg.

Well, what do you know. I played a 3 person, freestyle speed game moments ago. After rd1, every1 made their attack and forted accordingly. Green had 9 armies in India, I had 9 armies in China. I told this player in game chat not to worry, I wasn't using my 9 armies to attack him and that I was just passing through. The very next turn, rd2, green completely attacked all 9 armies of mine. I then asked why he did that and he said it was a good move.

After that question, I noticed that blue was making attacks on me continually as did green. I then asked if this was a 2v1 and blue said he was attacking me because I was an ass.

Based on this comment, I left blue a negative feedback for his unsportsmanlike, poor game play. Shortly after this, I received one from him that contained blatant lies that the game/chat log will prove as such. It just seems that if you leave some1 a legitimate negative, be prepared to get one yourself that most likely wont be accurate. Scott, I think you had a similar incident yourself. Like yours Scott, I am sure the mods will not see it as retaliatory because if someone writes in words that reflect a persons opinion, they are there to stay.

This feedback system needs to go. It is simply pointless. The ignore list is all that is needed to avoid a player.

It's unfortunate sometimes people are so involved and emotional about a game and what happened, that they fail to see the whole picture and how their actions and chat look to others. There will always be differences in playing styles and opinions about how this game should be played. If you don't like how someone else plays enough to whine about it in chat, or call someone stupid just for making what they considered a decent move, then yeah you might get feedback on that. But who's to say you're right in how the game should be played? I understand getting all emotionally tied up in a game, but how about stopping to cool off for a day or two before sitting down to write that feedback? It'll probably seem just as silly to you then as it does to those of us reading it a week later. What I see when I look at a lot of negative feedbacks are differences in opinion about gameplay, which personally, I don't think is a good enough reason to leave feedback. Do you really think anyone truly cares that Jack didn't break Jill's bonus?

Feedback shouldn't be whining. If everyone kept that in mind, there'd be a lot less stupid feedbacks out there.

Neither of you were stellar examples of good sports in that game. Is anyone really going to read either of your feedbacks and decide anything based on it? Doubt it.
