vote Sierra Leon mostly because of 3rd point of his accusation. During the time before my claim, I have repeated over and over again that I am working in the interess of me winning the game and that I refuse to claim pro-God, pro-Devil or Neutral. The fact that Sierra, a good player by any standard, would choose to overlook this fact, reminds me of the 'Manhunt' game which was won by Mafia (of which I was a, dead, part) after Mountain Lion (with Wicked's help) menaged to convince the town to lynch the (claimed) Cop (played by Aimless, no less
). In my oppinion, the decision to go after the, seemingly, hardest target (in this case me, since I made a believable and uncoerced role-claim) is based on two things.
Firstly, the Scum under attack decides that is he is allready in danger, he might as well try to 'Shoot the Moon'. If this tactic suceeds (and the game doesn't end, as it did in 'Manhunt') then EVERYBODY who voted for the obviously inocent target have a lot of explaining to do. If the tactic fails, then he will end just as dead as he would end if he did nothing.
Secondly, the fact that he is trying to deflect the bandwagon by going after me (and after a more likely target, like one of the submarriners) is designed to seem altruistic.

If everyone got it then why say it?
First off if that's part of your win condition then you shouldn't have said it all. Against standing mafia rules and whatnot.
Second if you're so sure that everyone got it then there's no reason to reveal information like that.
The way AD is overacting (next rebuttal: "LIEK O em Gee how am I overReacting?! UR A TURD!") makes me think he's cornered. Also, I just get the feeling he's backtracking and covering up what he really meant when he said he had to look for the antichrist.

Anarkistsdream wrote:kwanton wrote:AD, mandy is trying to say that the anti-christ is one of the four horsemen. DUH!
I thought it through and i'm starting to doubt jnd got that right tho. If I remember the bible correctly, the four horsemen were actually instruments of God...
Still doesnt explain why melchior would get such and important task though.
NONE of those are the antichrist
In actual biblical lore, the antichrist does not even realize he is evil. He believes himself to be doing good through his whole life. Much like Hitler did.
I am sick of shit getting pulled out of thin air. I don't know what the f*ck is up with you, Mandy, but no where has anyone said anything about the horseman being the antichrist, which goes against all christian belief.
Where the hell would you get the antichrist being pestilence???
Since you keep reading Wikipedia, Mandy... :The rider of the white horse is very commonly and erroneously interpreted to be the Antichrist figure.

Checking the alive-list, there's not just spin submarining his way through this, but also fircoal, skoffin and kwanton. However, a theory popped into my head when I was re-reading this day - with Mandy's claim and firth's investigation on him.
What if the scum consist of the four horsemen like Mandy said, but there are in fact no horse-hunters in this game?
I'm thinking that Mandy might be scum, claiming he role he knows won't be counter-claimed because it simply doesn't exist. I have several reasons to believe this.
1) I have seen no clues that there are other horse-hunters like he claims there are. I'll admit that they have had no reason to claim yet, but it's not helping Mandy's case any.
2) The role would be very unbalanced and he admitted this himself.mandalorian2298 wrote:[...]
During the re-reading I decided that my task is kind of hard. It's basicaly finding 1 guy out of 30. So, there could be some kind of a hint in it for me. Like a post restriction. Assuming that this is so, here is my theory on who might be the Red Horse of Apocalypse (War):
[...]
3) He's repeatedly claimed to be 3rd-party (even recruitable), but now suddenly claims he's pro-god. (or did you claim this was a neutral role, Mandy? you weren't very clear about that)mandalorian2298 wrote:[...]
Personaly, I have a problem with neither lying nor hypocrasy if it serves a purpose. And since I am not a member of an game-winning mayority, yet(or the game would end and I would be posting things like "Go side x!
" instead of explaining the basic truths of our current conditions), it is reasonable to assume that I am going to lie, manipulate (and hopefully get away with it
) during the course of the game. Person who would claim otherwise at this point would be - lying.
I have no intention of joining a bunch of satanists atheists and (in a minority of cases) legitimate pro-God-lings in their prayers and hymns. If you want to lynch me for that, be my guest. But, bare in mind, you might be weakening your own side (on the other hand, you may be eligable for CNN's Play-of-the-Day).
[...]
4) Why would firth's investigation on Mandy fail? The role he described is not so powerful that it would be immume to investigations. A day-roleblocker is just as unlikely. This makes me think he might even be the Anti-Christ himself.firth4eva wrote:Sorry AD I already used my investigation. I investigated mandy and for some reason I didn't get my result back .I got a pm from jnd saying "for some reason you don't get the investigation result through".
I have no idea why
5) Mandy's been acting scummy all game, but it's been ignored after phrases like "That's just mandy being mandy". He voted for the confirmed day cop after a god said we should and later voted freezie when a god said we should. He's been using these messages as excuses to try and start bandwagons.mandalorian2298 wrote:[...]

Koesen wrote:First thought: the Antichrist should not be one of the horsemen. I checked the Wikipedia article on the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, as my own knowledge of such things is too limited to trust, and it clearly says he isn't.
So whoever says he is, and is drawing conclusions form that idea, is at best mistaken and at worst lying. I'll have to reread to see who that was, though, and maybe the entire discussion isn't that important anyway.
Second thought: the only person who stands out to me in the previous pages in such a way that I have a clear opinion of him, is spinwizard, who is entirely useless.
There are of course other people who stand out more, but I have no clear opinion of them
Third thought: according to the Horsemen article, the Horsemen of the Apocalypse don't all arrive at the same time. Could that mean that they're not (yet) all here, in the game? It makes me wonder if perhaps there are people who start out neutral and then change. Maybe every day a new one appears?

In Braveheart I never pushed for anything. All I had to do was not screw up and the role has won the game for me.
