The worst diet in the world

Anyone remember that wifeswap with the crackpot family that ate 'high meat'? And the wife made them all do apocalypse drills?

Anyway i read this and it made me quite ill.

The site heavy linked to mentioned indicated that the meat is more or less rotten when you eat it, so yes, I think it might be worse than his avatar.

But then again, I like Surströmming, so maybe I shouldn't complain too much.

Although on Wikipedia they describe a somewhat different "recipe", we usually don't put onions on the bread and drink water or cider with it instead of milk.

its interesting really the bit on the side about telling people how to resist the social pressures of eating cooked foods. Would be curious to know how he eventually came to that decision in a folk theory type way.

However id probably eat that stueremogaut or whatever medefe posted.

Cant be any worse for me that my current diet which is stapled in moutain dew.

Vault on an I.V. directly inserted into the kidneys on a 24/7 tap, for breakfast McDonalds double cheeseburger with Kirspy Kreme donuts for buns deep-fried and slathered in butter, for lunch a whole 6-pack of one-shot energy drinks followed by a soup consisting of gristle with a broth composed of Red Bull and bacon grease, for dinner one pound of sugar chased with beer until unconsciousness, repeat next day.
