I wouldn't be surprised if that was the max cash in lack's code allows for, I wonder what happened there. :?

I really don't know... But the supposed smallest cash-in (four armies) has suddenly become the biggest.

How could it end in a 7. After 15 all intervals are by 5.

You could have clicked the link to find out, or checked suggestions and bug reports. Lack doesn't even know what's wrong with it.
