PowerPoint...

Just a random question, but I thought I might as well post it here.
Does anybody know a way to make a callout on PowerPoint point to multiple places, or with separate "triangles" (like in a comic, when multiple characters are saying the same thing at the same time)?

I got this picture off google, but it should make everything clear.
I want that little curved triangle off to the side to be attached to the speech bubble, so the speech is coming from two people at once. So I need a way to add two or more of those to one speech bubble at the same time.

EDIT: I use Powerpoint 03.

put the two of those pics together in a Paint program, and then copy and paste the lot of it over to powerpoint

Maybe you could just put two speech bubbles down in the same spot and have their tail ends go to the two different places. Not quite as efficient but it would work I think.
