I think that they're changing it so that (with premium) you may occasionaly change your name.

At the moment no, but from what I've heard from the mods/staff, it will be available in the future with restrictions and such.

that all depends on how you judge the answer. i gave more details, I didn't clearly state that it was still in the planning stage, but other than that, I gave an answer just as good if not better than his.
