see, but that song actually uses thought and creativity. Whoever wrote it (it was a cover wasn't it?) thought about the lyrics and made sure it wasn't a lame piece of wannabe rebellious crap.

This band, Say Anything, did not think about it, they decided it would make them cool and different to say outloud the crude unfleshed version of the main idea behind some lame songs (but not as lame as this) that inspired them.

Well yes, the song I posted was actually one of the biggest songs in the early 1970s and it's Nirvana just messing around with it swapping instruments.
