Player Notes

Postby AlbroShlo on Thu Nov 22, 2007 2:32 pm

Player Notes:

* It would be nice to be able to right down notes like attack habits for each player.

* Suggestion Idea: Notes

* Specifics: Maybe a spot on the players profile page.

* Why it is needed: To better be able to Conquer of course

Or buy a pad of paper, and a pen, that works too. Trying to use the notes-to-self feature is problematic, because if other people chat, your notes get lost in the clutter. Seeing as such information could potentially be useful in later games, it seems a personal log would be prefferable. Maybe 3X5 cards?

i don`t mean each game. i mean a note on the player. that way if you run into them in a game 6 months later you know what kind of playing style they have.

let me see...

1146 games completed at lets say 4 players in each, take away 10% for same players and that`s 4524 `3X5 Cards`. I don`t think that`s gonna happen

but that would still be 4524 whatever notes on peoples pages. i seriously doubt anyone would be willing to do that, just so they can know how a person plays...

only one note per person from another though. for example i would only see my notes on the persons profile i`m looking at.

would it eat up a huge amount of memory

Player specific notes may be a possibility, but it would be near the bottom of the To-Do list.

list

It could be similar to the notes we have on the Ignore list... it could be a part of the 'favorites' list idea, if that was ever considered...
