I think your analysis is correct Selin, and that part:

Makes me think this was an indication that he wants Koesen dead anyway, just that Firth is way more important. Either way, Firth is obviously neutral so no reason to lynch him.
I'll Vote Mandy for now, as per his vote he might be some kind of fanatic. :P

I disagree. Third parties should be recruitable. Plus, whatever threat they have posed to desits is blunted by the early lynch of 'Neutral Cult' recruiter.

Mandy, how sure are you that both sides can recruit people? The mechanics of this game don't appear to be anything like the Athalalakata game, so I'm not convinced.

It would be unbalanced if only one 'God' had the ability.

Anyways, who am I to doubt th Gods? vote Firth4eva

Vote mandy for voting our day cop

How did you conclude that "Firth is obviously neutral"?

Well, unless he doesn't have detailed results and just had 'Third party' for Koesen, seeing Koesen's claim I doubt he'd be on the god side, and the presumed satan wants him dead. I guess it's an hypothesis, but it also reminds me of the role I had in Atlaklak where there were many 'neutral town' power roles. Either way, up to Firth to clear that up or not but till proven wrong I'll take it as he's not taking particular sides.

ok. I didn't play Atlaklak game.

This would be my first time having a neutral cop in a mafia game, if that's really the case.

I'm wondering if the gods have any say about what exactly is said in these messages, that first godly message sounds like Skittles

I am mearly being practical. Both deities defended Koesen (if you think about it from the Judgment Day perspective, I'm glad that that I won't be in Koesen's skin come next Night  ). One of the two deities demended that Firth (Koesen's prosecutor) be put to death. Since this wasn't forbidden by the othe God, I chose to comply.

In a 'normal' game of mafia, there is the majority (Town) and the minority (mafia). Since the decision about the lynch is made by the mayority, all players (with the special exceptions of Jesters) do their best to appear pro-town.

However, in this game this is not so. There are two sides (loyal to Kalish and Skittles respectivly) and a certain number of un-alligned individuals who follow their personal agendas and/or wait to be recruited by one of the sides. So, speak as much as you want about 'Good' side and the 'Evil' side. It's pure hypocrasy. There is 'Your' side and the obstacles in your way to victory. This is true for each and every one of us.

Personaly, I have a problem with neither lying nor hypocrasy if it serves a purpose. And since I am not a member of an game-winning mayority, yet 8) (or the game would end and I would be posting things like "Go side x! \:D/" instead of explaining the basic truths of our current conditions), it is reasonable to assume that I am going to lie, manipulate (and hopefully get away with it  ) during the course of the game. Person who would claim otherwise at this point would be - lying.

I have no intention of joining a bunch of satanists atheists and (in a minority of cases) legitimate pro-God-lings in their prayers and hymns. If you want to lynch me for that, be my guest. But, bare in mind, you might be weakening your own side (on the other hand, you may be eligable for CNN's Play-of-the-Day  ).

To conclude (and I believe that any reasonably God or Devil would agree with me on this) ritualism is, by definition, useless. Let's talk buisness. 8)

1. To Gods: Unvote. Having thought this over, I am returning to my previous position of non-believing Gods Anonymus. If you want me to do something, start the proposition by introducing yourself.

2. To Mortals: If you want me to vote someone, explain to me how this is advantegus to me (without using a double figure number of virgins).

In Akhatla we PMed the message to Exile and he would just add the pyrotechnics (BTW, I still can't believe that someone fell for that Tonka's impersonation of me.  )

Thing is though... Skittles could be god, and even if he were you'd still get the impression he was Satan. Just because he's crazy, evil and a jerk. So the first message could really be god for all we know.

Alright, I'm kinda bummed you explain the game dynamics so early as it'd have been funny to see more people blatantly claim their attachment to either side, but you of course make good points. Now about Firth, since I believe he is part of the unaligned, I found it odd that you were willing to follow a god's will so easily; but either way this is the kind of things to keep in mind as the game progresses and not really a current lead. Therefore, [b]Unvote.
One point that I'd like to put support in, is that we would like to have decent presentation in the gods messages. Gods, at this point of the game you don't have any need to hide your identity as far as I can see, and I foresee no one listening to your advice for that very reason.

You're bumed!? Poor you. :-({|= I had been BANDWAGONED! :x

As for my voting Firth, it was lazyness, pure and simple. I couldn't be bothered to think, so I followed one God's Will  (luckily, I only do it in Mafias  ).

The town was now used to lightning before a shout from the heavens.....but this time, there wasn't rain, or thunder, but ponies started running around, and you could hear the crying of babies being thrown out of windows:

Drats, I didn't think Satan would agree with me. Damn cow, he always was a tricky one.

If Koesen was protected by Satan and myself, then it must mean he is a third-party player. Satan might recruit him, might not. Just go along with my great plan with lynching firth instead, eh?
