3 turn missed - loose game

I think that there should be a limit how many you can miss turn without loosing a game. There should be some limit. For example, 3 missed turns means that you loose that game. Or 2 consecutive misses. Something like that. That way we wouldnt loose time with inactive new players that have open an account and forgotten about game.

b the current rules are 3 consecutive only

it has been propsed that 3 missed turns anywhere that you miss turns, but that got rejected
