Unfair negative feedback

hello people,

I have a problem. Someone gave me a negative feedback, in which he/she claimed that I had an unannounced alliance with another player. This is absolutely not true. I never even sent the other player a message!
As proof, he shows another game in which I would have an unannounced alliance too. But I am not even in that game!!!
I already explained this in the response on the feedback, but that doesn't change the fact that I suddenly have a negative feedback, although I had a clean record!

what can I do more? :(

PS: is it appropriate to tell who gave me the negative feedback and which game it was?

go to help and scroll down then you will see something called an e-ticket. On the dropdown menu find the feedback 1. Then put in who gave you it and why it was unfai then send it

your feedback will be removed within 24 hours

fill in a e ticket under the help tab at the top right of your page!!

i once had a negative feedback too (as a reply on my neg) and i asked them to remove it and they did.

i don't mid getting negative feedback as long as they are not bullshit., if you want to neg me, come with facts please

I was feeling a little impish one night, and my buddy hadn't talked to me for a while. So, i left a negative feed back for him just to get his attention. He immediately wrote me back on the matter, and we started playing partner games again...I removed the feedback immediately. It said something like: Never play with this person. He has hairy man boobs and tattooed testicles...
Tasteless joke that I never meant to leave permanently, of course. As soon as he responded to it, I removed it... :lol:

Just for the record, I hardly ever leave negs anymore, and almost all the negs i left in the past, i have now removed. Just no point in taking these games that serious, ya know?

I received an email from abuse@conquerclub.com, saying that I broke rule 1, multiple accounts or 2, secret alliances. I guess I should just have been quiet... Now I will probably keep the negative feedback forever.

bytheway I can't play any more games with the player justus, with whom they say I had a secret alliance.
but that is of course no problem. the problem is that I still have an unfair negative feedback :(

Is there anything I can do now? I mean, the staff itself accuses me of breaking the rules...


PS: I didn't break any rule, but especially not rule 1. they should be able to see that my IP adress is another one then his!

ah that's better,

I got rid of the negative feedback. My clean record is back !

thank you conquerclub for this system of Etickets, even though the negative feedback wasn't deleted within 24 hours.

they would of seen your ip address thats why u didnt get banned and they only think you have a secret alliance..

Not true - recently I was given unfair feedback. Was told by the powers that be - that it is the other persons opinion, and it stands. Doesn't matter if it is relevant - as long as it is a persons opinion.
My self esteem is high enough, that I don't have to post stats here ;)

This is not true - the feedback will not be removed
