Jay, within 48 hours of his inauguration George W. Bush
restored Ronald Reagan's Mexico City Policy which denied federal funds to NGO's which performed or actively encouraged abortions.
Second, he signed the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban. It was upheld as constitutional (4/18/2007).

I don't know if he would attempt to abolish the Civil Rights Act. But I'm willing to bet that he wouldn't try to uphold existing civil rights laws due to his pattern of not endorsing them in the first place. So African-Americans support Ron Paul!...there were Jews who supported Hitler (and also Mussolini) before they understood what he truly would become. Jay, I would be jumping to conclusions if I was only citing a one-time event in Ron Paul's life. He has a pattern of this which I've cited to you.

I'm not disputing those. We're talking about Ron Paul.

I would hope you wouldn't have such a conspiratorial outlook.
