While I can see where you are coming from with this, that is a bit counterintuitive. Barring the fact that the Island covers the whole world(it does not) then that doesn't make any sense.
Theres no overlap, E5 can only attack E5,E4, and D5.




Furthermore, you will notice the only land in E1 and E5 are mini islands. These two spots are special conditions, and i'll explain that on a later note.

Moving is good because, and this is a point I haven't brought up, but everyone starts at the same starting location(A5) so, staying put will put you in the cross fire of all 15 other players. Moving, hopefully, will get you to an area where you can be safe for the time being and pick out the weaklings who you can surprise and kill. Or you can wait for everyone to kill each other off and be the only one left.


In real life, you could make an alliance between two people without th rest of the people on the island knowing, so I am going to allow any player to PM others to form truces. Just remember, nothing except good will is keeping anyone from keeping theses truces.

Could we have each move and each attack phase last 12 hours? That would give everyone a chance to do everything. Or will iteven be longer that that?

I can honestly say I'd be interested in playing if I only need to check it twice a day.
