I use excel for roles too, it's easier to keep track of. I put my pms in excel too, for I have no idea why. I just got used to it. ;)

I use word. 1st column names and actions second column roles sand I colour code too 8)

how exactly are you meant to do PM's on Excel?

I only just started using it, I actually used Notepad..

But bleh, lucky I don't believe in Evil, so heh.
