comic is just 3 pts behind as a singles player i would love to see comic delay his retirement to seize that title,

that said well done sky

I used to pull stunts like that when I first joined, too, I think at one point I was 2 ranks behind the people around me on the scoreboard because I didn't have the necessary games, but I only lacked 1 or 2 so that didn't last.

The present Conqueror got where he is by playing freestyle triples with a roommate and his girlfriend who sit together and coordinate turns - that is not cheating but makes the games farcicaly one sided.
What is more disturbing is that he admits to taking turns for his partners
(How many !!!!) this is not babysitting an account it is cheating to get an advantage - plain and simple.
The mods know about this and really should have blocked these 3 from playing together but didnt because they had no way of knowing how many moves are actually made by Sky and so they did nothing to stop this abuse.
I Congratulate Sky on manipulating the system but have nothing but contempt for the way this has been handled, it sets a terrible example and demeans the leaderboard.

There are huge advantages to be gained from co-ordinating moves in freestyle team games, any team with Msn can do it. I understand there are moves afoot to tighten up the loopholes in freestyle 1 v 1 and team games and I hope they are implemented quickly.
What makes the Sky team so much worse is that all the turns are made from one ISP address and clearly this situation is open to any amount of abuse. Comic boy is my son and most of the time he lives with me and we share a computer, we never played against one another but did play a very few doubles games. Consequently we were blocked from playing together, this made perfect sense to both of us because we could understand that it helped to maintain the integrity of the site.
I fail to see why this common sense precaution is now being flouted !

i think you misread where I was coming from in my post I agree with you a 1000%. Im alow ranker (although climbing steadily) I play mainly singles games and I have firce respect for singles players like pointguard, comicboy, zawbanjito etc. IMHO opinion they won their points the hard way (something I'm trying to do too) what sky and his possee have done is maybe not illegal at the moment although i would ? it. There is no doubting what they have done is highly inequitalbe and leaves a sour taste when one looks at the scoreboard now, which in general doesnt lie that much.

So he's not the Messiah, he's a very naughty boy!

Yes I followed The SKYT thing too Frog and i'm not sure where the consistency is if this happened to you.

I'm not sure how i feel about co-ordination of attacks though.. personally i just don't play freestyle. Too much about it reeks of unfairness to me and it really gets on my goat when people; run the clock down, wait for me for hours to make a move then steel my kill at the last moment etc etc. ... but then it is part of the game.

I actually like the fact that we have the same scoreboard for singles and team and that people get points in alternative ways.

In my opinion it is far more difficult to get points in singles than in triples... (doubles can be very tough too) but this makes it all the more impressive that your son could, with a little more time, end up as Conqueror.

i have been on this site a little over a month and in that time that poor cat has been bopping away constantly - skyt needs to be brought up for cruelty to animals aside from everything else

joecoolfrog there is nothing wrong with what he did. As he said in another thread there is a way to beat him, and as you said you can just get some people together on MSN chat and do it that way. SO WHY DON'T YOU? If you can't beat them join them. It's not cheating. And firth I don't argee with the mods blocking you and your brother. They probably did it because of singles though. I don't like the people who complain about people who know each other in rl playing in the same game.
